THIS WEEK ON ALL 4 ADVENTURE…
Jase and Simon are off on a new adventure. But did they take a wrong turn? Because they are headed south to lands (and temperatures) never seen before on All 4 Adventure!
This series starts with a bang, as the boys head into a restricted area and put the 200 and the new 79 to the test with a little drag race on the runway.
They take the opportunity to tour the ruins of the secret town of Maralinga and learn a bit about the atomic history of this spot. They stop in the hospital, go out to a couple blast sites, and find the gym in the officer’s quarters. And when the boys come across an abandoned 4WD, of course, they have to get in and check it out.
They hit some rain along their way west, and the boys are getting used to the idea of being in the cold. This has got Simon aching for a coffee, and the cappuccino boy’s 6th sense tells him there is caffeine nearby. Despite the nearest civilisation being Cook: population 6, it turns out he’s found the only coffeeshop for kilometres!
So it’s off through the Nullarbor with a quest to find a certain cave somewhere off the map. And with daylight fading, it’s time to set up camp and do a little cooking.
Back on the old Eyre Highway, there’s hardly any landmarks to prove you’ve moved. So when the boys come across an old homestead, they stop to have a look at the old vehicle graveyard out back.
They finish off at the scenic Wilson Bluff cliffs on the Western Australia border.
