Jase and Simon limp on with their crook trailer axle along the Gibb River Road and meet an 82-year-old who helped build the road. They then head to Walsh Point but have to make it down ‘Australia’s worst boat ramp’ in one piece first.
They track down ancient Aboriginal art at Bigge Island then drop in to see the famous carved boab tree at Careening Bay, where Phillip Parker King made repairs to his boat, The Mermaid, in 1820. And Jase has a big surprise for Simon.
